Coach, consultant and trainer, I have a strong experience in personal leadership deployment, in relationships and teams management, as well as in individual and organisational transformations.
Ingénieure EPFL en Informatique, j’ai plus de 20 ans d’expérience en tant que manager de grandes équipes multiculturelles (Europe, Canada, Inde) dans l'industrie des Technologies de l'Information et de la Finance. Je me suis spécialisée dans la gestion de projet puis la gestion d’équipe et finalement en coaching et animation d'atelier. J’ai géré plusieurs réorganisations internes, des acquisitions (M&A), ainsi que la création de centres délocalisés en Inde et en Ecosse.
Je suis certifiée coach Holistique et Systémique et depuis 2014, et ai eu le bonheur d'être une des formatrices du cours « Rayonner mon Essence, Révéler mon Leadership » pour Danielle Brault International. J'ai complété ma formation par une attestation en Méthodes d'Action et Sociodrame Humanistes, de l'Institut ODeF, qui me permet d'activer efficacement l'intelligence collective dans mes ateliers.
